Course Description:
This course equips new and existing staff with the essential knowledge to navigate the Multiply222 Network’s insurance and benefits package. Through a clear and engaging overview, participants will learn how to enroll, use, and make the most of their health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits. Special attention is given to the Gap Plan, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, and best practices for being a wise steward of healthcare resources.

Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will:

• Understand the core components of the Multiply222 benefits package
• Learn how to access and use medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits
• Navigate Employee Navigator for open enrollment and elections
• Know when and how to use the Gap Plan, Healthcare Bluebook, and other tools
• Recognize new voluntary options and determine if they are a good fit
• Identify who to contact for support and additional resources
